Starting point: in your hotel in Sofia – your guide will wait for you on the reception with „RUAL TRAVEL” sign.

Duration: around 10 hours (drive time included)

The excursion includes: Sightseeing tour of Melnik, a picturesque town at the foot of Pirin Mountain. Melnik is famous for its wine cellars. A visit of Kordopulov’s House, a monument of the Bulgarian Revival architectural style, built in 1754. On the ground floor there are wine cellars, where the famous wine of Melnik is kept and wine tasting is organized for the tourists. Visit of Rozhen Monastery – the biggest cloister in the Pirin area, founded in the 13th century. Return to Sofia.

The price is for a join-in group of minimum 10 participants. Rual Travel can offer rates on request for groups of more or less than 10 participants.

The price includes:

• Pick up from your hotel in Sofia and transfer by car, minibus or coach to Veliko Tarnovo and Arbanasi;

• Visit to Melnik and Rozhen Monastery with a professional English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian speaking guide;

• Entrance fees for the Kordopulov’s House in Melnik and Rozhen Monastery.
